Beef Bourguignon

Finally, i try cooking the signature dish from "Julie & Julia". Beef Bourguignon

This is everything you want to avoid when you talk about healthy food.. Humph.. So what's this? In short, we can summaries this as a thick chunky essence of red wine bacon beef stew.. there isnt any taste of the wine left after 2hrs of boiling/baking and whatever...
My beef bourguignon... alittle bit salty but overall i am quite satisfied with my result :)
Not forgetting tomato salsa bruschetta to goes with the stew


i feel fat already
